Various collection of software tools I've found to be quite helpful:

• VGM Music Maker 1.1
• This program has become quite difficult to find as the creator seems to have removed it
• Binary to 'C' Converter
  
• This is a tool I wrote to convert binary files (any file really) to nice formatted 'C' arrays. There's a bunch of formatting options to chose from (because I'm anal about formatting) including endianness, words per line, etc...
